Just finished up hosting 4th Annual Duck & Wine Festival. Here are thre results for the cookoff:
Judges Choice: 1st Metropolis, 2nd Black Pelican, 3rd Fin & Claw
Peoples Choice: 1st Metropolis, 2nd Roadside, 3rd Dawn's Kitchen
Thanks to all the chefs and crews that participated, Maple Leaf Farms for the duck, and to all the close to 600 that came out for it.

Getting ready to roast some oysters this afternoon @ the Market. Clearing up nicely, with still a good breeze.
Good Chowder day: have both red & white, Chili con Queso Sampling (& Free Salsa w/purchase of Queso) and Wine Bar open all day -dinner service starting @6PM.
