Team OBX Wins Soft Shell Showdown at the Colington Crab Classic!
Chef Pok (Outer Banks Brewing Station, Amy Huggins (Outer Banks Epicurian), Chef Bud (Basnight'sd Lone Cedar), and Chef Dan (Coastal Provisions) competed in an Iron Chef style competition against a team of Hampton Roads chefs featuring our local soft shell crabs in an appetizer, entree, and yes -dessert!
